Pennine Investments is a trading name of Cleartwo Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 07322277), Aura House, London Square, Stockport, SK1 3GB. We are the data controller for any personal data you provide to us.
2. What data we collect
When you contact us, request a cash offer, download the investor pack, or subscribe to The Pennine Insider, we collect: your name, contact details, the property or investment information you share, and any communication preferences you select.
We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) via cookies and analytics — see our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use it
We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide the services you request, send the communications you opt in to, meet our legal obligations, and improve the website.
4. Lawful basis
We process data under one of: your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests as a business, or a legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with vetted processors (e.g. our CRM, email platform, professional advisers) under appropriate contracts.
